The more parts you remove, the further she'll back up into a place where you can't get to her. Trying to yank her out when she is wrapped around stuff will only hurt her. I'd put a big bowl of water in the rear hatch and be very patient.
I've owned snakes for almost 20 years, and have helped remove dead ones from up under dash boards. It's not fun. I used to let my Ball Python hang from the rear view mirror so I could keep an eye on her. Later, a Burmese I had was just too big to be transported without being in a pet carrier. Same with my current Red Tail Boa. Get yourself a pet transporter, something usually used for cats or small dogs. It really is the responsible thing to do. Best of luck getting her out without hurting her.
Yeah that's why I don't want to pull the animal in fear of hurting it. I'm just "lucky" this happened while it is warm enough out now that it will not be in any danger of not being warm consistantly.. I was actually outside feeding it as we had some company and using the AC it was like 65 inside an didn't want it in the cold. So I had it in its usual feeding tub with the mouse and after it ate I just put it in the trunk with the hatch open while I was talking to someone outside as I didn't want it to get out of the tub and under the car. Instead this happens LOL.
This is by far the strangest thing I've ever seen on the forum.
Any way to put a mouse in a ventilated box so that the snake will still smell (?) him and the mouse won't be able to run all through the car? You might as well go all out with putting water, heating pad and mouse in there to try to flush him out of hiding.
If I remember right I had to pull the top piece off where the roof latches at the rear followed by the side piece where the speaker is.I am a little sketchy on the order as I did it last summer to replace the seatbelt.I had also taken the seatbelt bolt out on the floor too but all these pieces were necessary to get the b-pillar trim out.Not much more than a screwdriver and an allen key were used.Pretty sure top side and seatbelt at floor were the order used.Hope this helps.
From Shop Manual - Speaker Replacement - Rear (Coupe)
1. Open rear lift window panel.
2. Using two flat bladed tools, CAREFULLY and simultaneously pry at the upper RH and LH edges of the rear speaker grille to release the locking tabs.
3. Pivot the speakr grille downward to release the lower retaining tab, then remove te grille.
4. Remove the push-in fastener (inthe lower corner of the speaker opening) retaining the rear compartment side trim panel.
5. Remove the rear speaker retaining screws.
Finesse the rear compartment side trim panel carefully upward, rearward and outward slightly to access the upper speaker retaining screw.
6. Begin to remove the rear speaker in order to access the electrical/audio connector.
7. Disconnect the electrical/audio connector from the rear speaker.
8. Remove the rear speaker.
I considered getting a mouse too but I do not have a partition to keep it from getting into the passenger area. I suppose I could toss one back there, grab a lawn chair and some beers and see what happens LOL.

Put the mouse in a cage and the noise should get the snake to come out!! Good luck!
What about getting some of that Snake-away or maybe some moth-***** from Lowes or Home Depot? Put it by the speaker box and the odor should drive it out. Good luck!
