I used to play Test Drive 5's PC games. I found them to be better than Need for Speed's primarily because no matter how good my graphics card, the NFS game resolution always had to be dialed back too much. Here's a couple of screen shots from Test Drive 5:

It is sad how bad it is. I even had to upgrade my computer at the time to run the thing. Which even made it worse. Could have been so much better.
