Default Window Replacement
some a$$ broke into my car this morning and took my ipod. has anyone done a window replacement? its on the driverside. i found a used one for $70 but ive read on some sites that i need new moldings?
Any info will be greatly appreciated

Sorry to hear about the break in. No you don't have to replace the moldings unless they are damaged. Not that hard at one point when I had 2 C5's I swapped side windows so I could keep the tinted ones. Took me about 1hr each.

You don't need new molding as they are built into the roof and door channels.

You're just going to have to pull door panel and the maybe adjust the tilt in of window once it's installed.

There are tow plugs on the bottom of the door to adjuts the tilt in.

got her all fixed up! i got a used window for $80 and it took me about 2 hours to put it on by myself..thank you all for your input
