what mod to make?
Our marketing dept. just gave me 3 sheets of unused plexi glass,still has the paper on it 24x24 each,what should I make from it? what do you get the best cut from razor knife or jig saw? I would like to start by making a Jake about 5" maybe, may need a plunge cut for that.

I made a battery cover from a diffuser from a florescent light, the cover has the same texture as the fuel rail covers. Turned out nice. Tried a dremel tool once to cut the plexi but didn't work well so I ended up using a side grinder with a thin metal cutting disk ,you can shape well with it but cutting details like Jakes eyes I haven't found a good way yet.
