I like your choice in cars, black vert, 6-spd myself. Our's has Corsa pace car exhaust and just a little chrome letter bling

Enjoy the ride. Best time of year to ride with the top down.

Default Welcome

It is always great to have new people with a new vette. What a great feeling. Had mine for several years now and still feel fortunate.

Enjoy,

Craig

If you want a fairly quiet idle and aggressive sound at WOT, I would suggest a Corsa Pace Car exhaust.

That is the exact same thought I had. That is a nice ride and if you want to keep it close to stock that is what I would do. Some other exhausts are popular but many are prone to droning which can be annoying to some folks. Headers is a fairly significant mod so I would consider them a big departure from stock for most people. Anyway congrats on your purchase.

The car looks sharp bud. As everyone has said, just buy a caliper painting kit and DIY. As for the exhaust I would suggest listening to different exhaust combos on C5's that are around you as they sound much different in person than over your computer. I myself am partial to the Z06 TI's with headers. Especially when they have the bypass mod done or a cam or both. They have a unique sound to them that's amazing to say the least. to the mod bug, and your many upcoming miles of driving pleasure my friend.
