Ever have problems with Ecklers?

About 3 weeks ago I placed an order for a battery den cover, and I had the same experience as I see others had in this discussion. I sent emails to both customer service and sales with no answer. Finally I called and they said they were backed up and the service rep seemed stressed. One other time I had the same experience but the order showed up the next day. I am also at the point where I will probably look other places before I would order from them again.

They are not competitive.Other than that no problems here and been ordering from them for years.
