I ordered a car cover over a month ago from Ecklers since I would be spending a few months with no garage. Well over a month later I still have no cover. I emailed them over a week ago about it and still no reply.

Cancel the order and order a cover from another vender. Your credit card will not be charged. They will debt your credit card only if/and when the order is filled. That is my suggestion. I did this last week with another item. Seems what I ordered was on back order, but their site indicated it was in stock.

Only advice I can give is cancel and order from someone else. If they can't respond to your request, then they just lose business. Might want to try and call them first and see if you get a response quicker that way.
I personally have not had any problems with their customer service, but I haven't ordered anything from them in a few years.
Prices are a bit on the high side but certain items blow in terms of getting them in a reasonable amount of time. It just depends on when and what they have in stock
I've never had any trouble ordering anything and getting it in a timely manner. But with that said I'd cancel the order and order it from someone else! No sense putting up with lousy service.
I ordered something from them back in February and after a month still hadn't received the order and I too emailed costumer service with no reply but thankfully it showed up the next day. I will never order from them again, no comunication about when item shipped nor what the delay was.
Back around mid April Ecklers had a 20% off sale so I decided to order some Race Ramps and a Zaino car care kit. I got the ramps pretty quick, but the Zaino's was on back order. I asked them when the backorder would be released, they said they anticipated April 30th. I emailed them on Monday 5/11 to get a status and haven't heard anything. They haven't charged my CC for the Zaino's, so that is a good thing.
I've ordered two things from them, a rack to hang my clear targa top and a t-shirt. Got them both pretty quick. There is a posting on the C4 forums. Lots of folks unhappy with Ecklers.
I had same problem on not getting order in a timely manner. Took 3 months to get a wash mit that said was in stock. Will not order again due to the customer service and delayed delivery.

shop ecklers without shopping via ecklers....vip 1-800-457-4847. tell her ed from denver sent you. they buy direct from ecklers at a discounted price that you cannot get from ecklers...give her a try....
Well the item said it ships direct from the manufacturer and to allow additional time for delivery. I figured that would be a week, maybe 2 max. Ecklers's headquarters is about 45min from where I go to school. If I was still in the area I would shoot down there and get it taken care of.
I guess I will call and see what they say. If it is not good news I'll just cancel it.
Anyone know where else I can get "The Wall Car Cover" with bag, cable and lock for $100 shipped new? They had a %15 off sale that is why I bought it from Ecklers.
I had a similar issue when I ordered my fender well covers. It was 10 weeks before they arrived which even to UK is a record. I E Mailed after about a month and got one line answers which bordered on the rude. I honestly thought the shipment had gone missing.
Sounds about the same as Mid-America. They didn't ship my order until I emailed complaining that I was still waiting on it to be shipped. And of course just a half-hearted apology. whatever. done with them.
Guess I'll be supporting the smaller companies from now on...it's not like Ecklers or Mid-Amer give you any deals anyways.

No I never have had any problems! It seem quite odd for them "NOT" to respond!
I would try the order line and make them get you a supervisor
Ecklers is notorious for issues. I refuse to do business with them. I'd look at www.jwmotoring.com He's a supporting vender with great prices and great customer service.
