There's got to be reason / story behind this... I'm guessing the guy with the hummer deserved it. He's obviously paranoid enough to get a surveillance system. This would be a good advertisement for the company that makes these systems
Regardless, I would hunt down that MF....

If the Hummer was parked in a handicap spot, that is still no excuse to vandalize. Simply report the car in the store and let the cops issue a ticket. The guy who keyed the car didn't look too handicapped either. What a tool!

They also mention that dozens of Hummer owners have now come forward with claims of similar vandalism because the "X" markings were similar. The repair estimate is a little over $2K so that at least $24K in damages potentially caused by this tool! Talk about "financial stessors"!
His little "X" marks have come back to bite him in his ***! The "Zorro" of his self-delusioned rightious mentality. Get a frickin' life loser!
