Lowering a C5

Now don't flame me for asking, I did a search and did not find the info I want.

What is the procedure and parts needed to lower a C5 front and rear?

I'm looking for about an inch (as the actress said to the bishop).

i did nothing to the front springs and everything went just fine. i lowered as far as was possible front and rear and have had no problems. i used it ata drift event a couple days later. good times.
