Has anyone used GM Parts Direct site vendor here? I'm having trouble getting paid for parts and no phone # to call via web only.

Hope you get it resolved to your satisfaction. It does make it difficult when there is no contact phone.

Thats the trouble with GM Parts Direct, you can only contact them via e mail and the web

I'd recommend one of the Forum vendors. Gene Culley is great but he's GMpartshouse.com not to be confused with GM Parts Direct

I use Fichtner Chevrolet. Bob is awesome

Spot on! The good news is I got the parts yesterday. They just make things more difficult for us by not communicating. I hate dealing with out a human contact.
I dont think I will use them again. Not a slam, it will just be my preference.
Thanks All

they don't really answer emails and their processing/shipping times are unpredictable, but I always got my stuff.

they usually charge your card and ship within a week, but back in the day when I orgered a maf for my camaro, it took 1 month between putting in the order and the part arriving.

i still use them occasionally for stuff that is not time-critical.
