They take a few weeks to ship. I don't have any connection with them, but from experience it takes a bit. I just received something from them last week.
I didn't receive any delivery confirmation, but I really don't care about all of that.
They will come through just not fast.

They do not respond to anything! Give it about 21 days and you should have your stuff.
I have no clue why they do this or why they advertise same day shipping, but they do ship. Just not fast as most want.

Well.... that's reason enough that they will never get any of my business.
There is to much competition in this field to bank your customer service on the motto, "All's well that ends well......."
Good riddance to them and companies like them...

Of course, I didn't see this post until AFTER ordering.
I placed an order on 10/21/09, and figured with it shipping the same day, I should have it by now.
I decided to search here to see if anyone else had problems.
Took payment right away, no e-mail confirmation, won't answer e-mails, etc...

Kinda disappointing to hear all this!! Over the last couple of years I recommended them to friends and here on the forum. When I dealt with them their service was top notch,and prices were significantly less,,including the shipping.Got my stuff in 2-3 days. reading this,,I won't be passing their name on to anyone!!

I ordered on the 9th of Oct and today is day 20 and I guess I got lucky because mine came today; day 20!
I too sent emails and got no response. I initiated a complaint with Pay Pal last week but you have to wait till the 12th of November to take any further action per the Pay Pal policy (a resolution period where the vendor is supposed to respond).
It won't happen again with them.
What's interesting is that if you look at their items on the auction site they have a 99% positive rating. . . .
