Default "UPDATE": Adaptive Performance experience

Anyone ordered from Adaptive Performance lately? I ordered their hyperflash fix on June 14th via PayPal. I haven't received the part & tried to contact them just to get a delivery status. No one answers!

UPDATE: I received my hyper flash fix bypass today. I placed the order on July 14.

Hmmmmm. I never had this problem. I'm going to find out what's going on before I send more customers that way.

I ordered from them about two months ago. It did take awhile, but I eventually recieved my bypass. I don't even think I got a confirmation email when I ordered.

I didn't receive a confirmation email either. Only thing I have right now is a receipt for payment from Paypal. I'm going to give it a few more days before contacting Paypal to get my money back.

I placed my order on July 14th for the hyperflash fix and haven't received it. I've sent two emails asking for a status of my order. Nothing. Very bad way to do business. If they are having problems at least they could answer emails. I guess if it doesn't get delivered by the first part of next week, I'm going to contact Paypal for a refund.

I ordered the hyperflash fix from the website on July 15. I also have sent two emails requesting status of my order with no response. I have already contacted Paypal for a refund. It appears to me that Adaptive Performance is filling orders from the auction site but not from their own website. Also, the auction site shows only one adapter available but at least two of us here have ordered and paid for it. NOT GOOD!

I received an email from Adaptive Performance about a half hour ago stating that my order has shipped via USPS. They said to expect delivery in the next few days!

My update...My order was:
placed on 7/15
canceled on 7/23 (due to no communication from seller)
shipped on 7/24
received on 7/27
installed on 7/28

I can't recommend Adaptive Performance due to their failure to ship within the time frame advertised and their total failure to communicate.

If anyone still needs to pick one up, I have them ready to ship as long as payment is received by 3pm EST. Many forums members have order a ton of products from me over the years and I have a pretty stellar reputation if that puts you at eas. Link for easy ordering:

Me too. Ordered mine on Aug. 18. No confirmation e-mail. Nothing. Credit card was charged right away. I don't have a phone number but did send them an e-mail 5 days ago with no response. Guess I will contact pay pal tomorrow. Glad to here it is not just me.
