MAKE SURE - You do this somewhere it is safe and away from people and children who might get hurt. Be careful and keep as far as you can from light poles, walls, curbs etc. just incase it gets away from you.

Exactly, look for a wide open space to practice, because just slamming into a curb is gonna hurt like hell, your Corvette, and your pride... For a while I had a "line-lock" on my A4.
