Thank you. Sent the guy and email and will see if we hear back. I'll post my findings here so all will know....but I'm first in line for an A4

Good, cause I located the guy who makes these for the manual tranny's. He's looking into making the A4 plates also....and yes, I'm still first in line.

Just for those 'manual' types, he's got 5 of those plates left. He's told me he's asking $190 for each including shipping. He can make more but it takes about a week. Once he gives me his permission to pass his contact on or how he wants to handle the sale of these 5 and any other's he'd be willing to make I'll let everyone know. Sorry, I just have to respect his privacy until told otherwise. (Hell, maybe I should be this guy's agent!! )

Tell him to be careful..If he's etching the Corvette logo in it GM will come knocking on his door unless he's paid them for the use of it.... ....Might be a good idea for him to leave that off and the customer buy a C5 emblem to put on it.. Serious

When I had my C6Z sub box built I wanted the guy to replicate the Corvette flags...Said he couldnt do it exact due to the same thing...so he made two checkered flags and I bought a C6 emblem for the center....

Hey Padrino, ask him if he can possibly make one for the f bodies, but be sure to tell him they have a different way of clipping in. on the boot, there are a few pieces that kinda go into holes on the console. I'd be first in line for that piece

Hey, if you can trace an A4 design for me I have lots of aluminum stock in different thicknesses. As long as it is a 2 dimensional plate I can make one with my jewelry saws and polishing equipment.

Okay, line up guys!! The fellow's contacted me and okay'd for me to give out his email address. The manual tranny plate is $190 and he takes PayPal. He's also going to make the plate for the A4 tranny also!!!! (Yep, I'm still first in line).

Send me a PM and I'll pass along his email to you. He's got 5 of the manual plates left but will make more based on the orders taken. Also, willing to make as many of the A4 plates as requested.

Regarding the "F bodies" question from LSC51, the fellow's willing to look at other custom request but it will cost.

I think you'll see a lot of them. From all the PM's I got he's definately now back ordered a bunch. Pretty slick compared to the boring stock stock setup or anything else I've seen out there...which there's little to none of.
