[Z06] Heads?

Heads?
I have to do some clutch work this winter and fix the leaking dif so I think I may do everything I can over the winter and am tossing around the idea of head work. I have the G5x3 cam currently, would it be worth porting and polishing the heads or go with different heads? I don't want to spend $1000 dollars here.

Truthfully if you don't want to spend more than a grand it's really not worth it, how many miles on the valve springs? maybe do a fresh set, and upgrade your rockers.
but to take advantage of the heads you have you are looking at spending 1k to 1500, and a new set your looking at 2k +, and yes there are budget heads out there, but remember you pay for what you get!
