Tony your absolutely right, and something I didn't think about. I'm not sure if you already have this procedure in place, but banning the associated email when first registering!? Obviously it won't cure the problem as the person may create a new email account, but it is a pain in the a$$ and the person may tire of doing this and not want to come back at all. Just throwing some suggestions out if you know what I mean!?
