I have the BFG g-force tires and find them great...But if I were you, I'd go with the tire which best suits your driving style and pocket book, regardless of where it is produced. Most companies nowadays are international anyways. Indy

Go to Mexico, work there, and see if you can even afford to put gas in your future 1983 Ford Pinto. Go with goodyears; they are a good tire. BTW most of anything might get assembled here, but it's not made here.
Those brands do make good tires. But if that's the way your thinking about it then you do realize there are parts in the car not made in the USA, right? I just see tires as another one of those parts if I buy non USA tires which I have right now.
A lot of the American name brand tires are made here in the states. Find the tire you like and check the tire code here www.harriger.com/tires.htm
to find out where it was made. I am another that looks for the label "Made in the USA". Later! Frank
