Personally I LOVE the sound....reminds me of star trek

I would prefer a shorter shifter myself about stock size or smaller.

For race use, they rebuild them often. For street use, a very long time

Most al use dog-clutches. These are incredibly reliable and last a long, long time. Volvo Penta has used dog-clutches in its marine outdrives for many years. They consistantly outlive cone-clutch configurations.

Heard that from shorter friend into road racing/drifting. I'm over six feet tall, reach is not a problem. Leverage might be, maybe half that size.

Reminds me of school buses with Allison trannies.

Thanks, damenh85. I'd love one, but it's going to have to wait until I pay off my credit cards and can get a personal loan.
