Default thanks for your help

Gents: I just wanted to say thanks for your indirect help regarding choosing proper window tint for my C5Z.

While I didn't start a thread about it, there was enough in the search feature to determine that I wanted/needed a non-metalized tint.

I ended up with a great product that I am happy with for my current radar detector, and I am set up for a future NAV upgrade if I desire.

Thanks Team.

Andy

For navigation, you need not worry about metal in the windows, the roof is fiberglass, signals go right through it. When I track my car, I can put the transponder under the rear glass, on the passenger side, on the carpet above the fuel cross over, and the laps get counted every time. My GPS works well too. I wasn't going to pay an extra $100 for metal free.
