That's probably why it is so high in the air.. Changing exhaust. And....to do so without cutting any pipe, it needs to be way up in the air like that.
Even still.. a very dumb practice. Is a life worth swapping exhaust? There isn't even a fail safe backup... beyond crazy.

I had that exact same jack blow a seal and collapse last fall. I would never get under a car without jack stands under it. I had a friend back in high school lose his brother when his car fell on him. The stock exaust is worthless. i would have just cut it off.
