I love all years. Hell I drive a C5 but would prefer a 67 427. I think the C2s are the most characterized Corvette to date.

One more reason to respect the C4s, the ZR1. It's the best looking Corvette engine ever, IMO. It's output of 375 hp is modest now but back in the day it was King of the Hill.

I thought the later ZR1s were rated at 405hp?

I dont consider my self to be a vette snob. I say hi to any vette on the street regardless of generation or condition. My FIL's friend just picked up a really nice C4. I complemented him on it and told him it looks to be better condition then my C5 since mine is a daily driver. He loves the new to him vette and that's what counts.

I love the C3 and C5 because of the curvy lines they remind me of hips on a woman. The C4 and C6 are more angular so they don't appeal to me as much. At 6'5" and 300lbs I don't fit real well in them. It's like the age old question "Maryann or Ginger".

405 HP is still modest today ... the stock base c6 makes 430 HP but we're talking over 10 years ago.

That's an important fact . 405 hp fifteen years ago was a big deal.

I am a snob

J/King. I love all Corvettes and most sports/muscle cars in general. I hear from my car group that I hang with that the real snobs are the Mustang Cobra (specifically Terminator) owners. Can't verify that though

I have to agree, out of all the generations of 'vettes, C4 is probably my least fav. BUT, look at all the other cars made in that era, mid '70s to early '90s styling SUCKED!!!! ...IMO
and without the C4's, we would of never made it to the C5's.

I have had two C-3's two C-4's and two C-5's I did not like the C-6 until the wide bodies too skinny looking and the C-5 was paid for(probably the real reason). I still want a 96 GS for my collection and I will probably get a C-6 Z if I don't get a new camaro. P.S. I have been waved at and not waved at by all generations of vette owners. To my C-4 brothers!!!!!!
