Default Need advice for engine knock/ping

Last year I put in a new air intake, GHL's and had professionally tuned.
The Vette runs great, but at around 2300 rpm's I get the pinging sound. At no other time does it do this. There are no codes appearing.
Should I sea foam for carbon build-up, change the knock sensor or ???
Any valid ideas or suggestions are welcome.
Thanks

Who tuned it? I would go back to the tuner first.

Sounds like too much timing or too lean.

Could be a million things best bet is take it back to the tuner and have him log it and see what the log looks like. Post up a run file if you can

It not a piston slap, I'd be sure to stop by the tuner. Sounds like it's a little too lean. Does it run hot, or hotter than it did before the tune?

Thanks, I'll have the tuner check it.

You are using premium gas right?

Yes. Nothing but premium gas, but I am running tank empty and filling with a different brand to try that.

I get some pinging when I haven't driven it hard for a while. I usually just put my foot in it once or twice and "blow it out" - goes away until next time. If I remember to goose it every time I head out, it stays away. So, you could try a couple WOT passes to see if this helps. If not, then Seafoam/Techron combo in the fuel tank might do it; it worked for me when I had the dreaded fuel sender issue and it helped clean up the combustion chambers quite well. Having said all that, a trip back to the tuner would surely fix it, I hope.
