I have had the Breathless, TPIS, KOOKS, and finally the LG Pros. 
I stuck with the LG's because IMHO they performed the best. No data to support other then the seat of my pants. 
BTW with the Borla Stingers (which I had) the drone with ALL the headers on my car (A4) was KILLER.
I switched to a set of factory ZO6 Titanium so I could enjoy the ride.

Any of the major brands you will be happy with. Just so you know out of all those hundreds of headers threads, there has never been a TRUE apples to apples comparision with identical cars, mods, mileage, same dyno or driver at trackk to actually prove what set makes more power.
Every car will make a little different power with each different set.
I am really surprised LG recommended their own headers to you... how absurd.
Good luck with the purchase, you will love the car and how it sounds. If you are not planning any other mods, go ahead and get a tune.
