perfect! Thanks! Depending on how these sound with the Ti exhaust, I may look into the axle back when it becomes available.

Arctic 92 has been on a rant for years about them with no soild proof what so ever. I'm willing to bet that the call didnt go that way. Some of their stuff is made outside the US (all the import tuner stuff). He probably called up saying you guys are full of sh*t your stuff is made overseas blah blah blah and they hung up on him.........

That whole thing is hear say. Do people not have anything better to do but to post BS in other peoples threads? Arent some of LG's headers made ouside the US???? Take a look at you Vette and take off everything not made in the US and let me know what you are left with. Hell, the only thing from Japan on my wifes Civic Si is the motor and trans.

For the price compaired to the other brands out there, who really thinks it was made in the USA? I dont, nor do I really care when I can save $400 plus shipping. Seriously.

He could be chapped because he paid much more for some headers which are no better or not as good.

No one is making him buy XSPower so what is his problem.

Personally, I bought them because I thought they offered the best combination of quality and price.

Yep, you can just put on the passenger side AIR tube from a 01-04 car or cut your passenger side AIR tube and extend it the needed length with some hose or the like that will be able to hold some heat.

What the difference is if you are unsure is the following:

in 01, GM moved the flange on the passenger side manifold 1 primary forward. So cars in 97-99 have a passenger side AIR tube that is made to fit on a flange that is 1 primary back on the engine compared to 01-04 cars. 97-99 passenger side AIR tubes will therefore come up short when trying to mate to the 01-04 set-up.

Drivers side is the same

Guys - I am going to keep my AIR system for now. Does anyone have a part # for the passenger side AIR tube for 01-04 year models? Also, I have seen posts that elude to cuttign the current pipe and extending it so it mates up to the headers, what are you using to extend the pipe? Any help is appreciated.

They are referring to the AIR tube. Instead of replacing yours with the one to fit the 01-04, some folks just cut the existing tube and extend it with a hose or tube that will withstand some heat. The only differences in the AIR tube on the passenger side is that instead of it being near the very back header down-tube, it is moved forward one spot. So an extension of that attachment point is all that is needed.
