So 13 pages and no one has mentioned that if you read other car forums, they're busy calling XS headers Chinese garbage.

Do they step up the quality on ones for the vette?

They call Corvettes garbage on the Mustang and Ricer forums.

XSPower has parts made overseas for import products and such but the Corvette/Camaro line is made in the USA with surely stepped up quality. Just ask customers who have these now they like them and about the quality and you will get your first hand answers!

I got one of the first sets of the XS Power headers. They are great and I couldn't be happier. Awesome quality, craftsmanship, fit and Finish!. I've seen all the major header brands in person on my friends cars and these are just as nice if not better. You can pay twice what these cost and not get a better quality header and X-pipe setup.

Default my results: 2000 FRC w/ 201k on the motor

Went to the dyno again last week and made 2 pulls. I think the car was not all the way up to temp on the first run made 348, but after the second, it seemed ok. New numbers from different tune are sae 355whp,359tq. I just wanted to see what my a/f was looking like compared to another prior tune(A/F in the 16's car made 343whp, 342wtq) I had. My brand new wideband (aem uego) read a few points richer than what was on that dyno's wideband(plx), but as an average I think Im ok. It was kinda street tuned locally, but not too much time as you can see at the end it runs a little rich. On the street, I see the same when after 5700 rpms. My rev limit is 6500, but I shift around 6200 rpms. The motor is original and unopened and doesn't consume any oil between 5k mile oil changes. Im happy to see the torque increase from the headers and tune. Prior numbers (not shown) were about 335whp,337wtq after a cool down. The temp was around 45*. Car feels really good now!

Prior tune

Just got mine in last night. The only problem i had was with the passenger rear o2 sensor. The angle was off slightly and i had to beat a dent into the driver side pipe to get the sensor to clear and thread properly. I got them both in from the bottom dropping the starter on the passenger side. I used oem f-body header gaskets from parts taxi and lap style band clamps from summit. Getting the starter back in was hard as others have stated. They are coupled with b&b bullets and it sounds awesome. The car is noticeably faster untuned.

+1! I've seen many "Just got them, installing them next week" post but havent seen much numbers. Whats the average hp/tq gain from these? Are they about the same/less/more then other header brands or are you getting what your paying for?

People with non cats do you smell alot of fumes...do your recomend it for a Daily driver or not?

Would appreciate feedback as i've read through almost 13 pages

HP/TQ gains are right on par with all other systems out there You will definitely notice the gains seat of the pants!

I run no cats on my car and you can smell it from behind the car surely, cats cure the smell! I daily drive mine though no problem. Only time I had a problem was driving home once with my road bicycle in the hatch and I couldn't close it all the way so the fumes from the rear came in.

Will be running a nice special here shortly for all those interested in a set, keep your eyes pealed in the for sale section

One thing I have noticed with the XS power brand is that they arrive to the retailer and they have to fix issues with them. For example on the C3 side they make a set of sidepipes for the small and big block vettes.
Right out of the factory they have fitment issues but the main retailer for them takes the time to correct the fitment issues before he sends them out. In the C3 forum there hasnt been complaint one about a set. I wish I would have seen them before I bought my hooker sidepipes. Almost half the price. That being said, as soon as the wife isnt looking I am going to order the full engine to rear end set.
