I stuck my GoPro next to the exhaust on my Z06 to capture some of the noise. Only modification is the XSPower header system.

We have been doing some test fitting on a 1 7/8" version. I put a set on yesterday and all went in and fit great! Keep posted.
As always, as soon as I have info on TIME and when you can order and when they will be available I will post up.
Plan is looking like the following will be available here very shortly:
1 3/4" with 3" x-pipe, Catted and Offroad
1 7/8" with 3" x-pipe, Catted and Offroad

Finally have the solution to the clamp issues, they got it right this time, these things rock! I gave them a bunch of "testing" with a 1/2" ratchet with breaker bar on the end and they kept tightening for a great seal and no sign of the bolt struggling with it at all in the clamp

Any info on price for the 1 7/8" also do your headers have merge spikes in the collectors?

These are not "my" headers, they are made by XSPower, I am just their distributor.
I do not have pricing on the 1 7/8" yet, but they will be the same price as the 1 3/4" or if any more, it won't be much!
I am not sure if their latest version has spikes or not, I will inquire!

There are a few reasonably priced header companies out there. And winter time is when a lot of people like doing projects like this. Just sayin', you can do the math.

We are just the reseller and unfortunately have no control over production. I was told they will be available for us to sell here very shortly and as soon as I get the information it will be posted here immediately!

I get that, feel for you, must be a bit frustrating. Personally looking at a few options including potentially DIY, and want to start soon. Spring is only so far away and I can only spend a bit of time here and there. Best wishes.
