Every 03 is a 50th anniversary, however there is an 03 anniversary edition, which had special paint and shale interior. It is an 1SC optioned car, either in an auto, or 6 speed.

Yours came with optional wheels if they are Magneseum. Yes, we ALL know mag wheels were available as an option, but were not available as an option for 1SC 50th Anniversary Editions. The 1SC Anniversary Edition has painted aluminum wheels. Allegro's facts are FACT. You got a special order or dealer added mag wheels. Mag wheels were not an available RPO for 1SC cars when I ordered my AE in late 01. The dealer would install them and print me up a nice window sticker to point at - if I wanted them.
Post a pic of your glovebox option codes or build sheet showing N73 and I will eat my words. Cooksey threw all kinds of wild pitches. Until then,
AND, while GM calls the 1SC AE wheel paint color Champagne, DuPont calls it Light Warm Nickel Metallic (WA-837K). Both are correct.
The red xirillac flakes are in the color coat, the clear coat is tinted.

www.corvetteactioncenter.com lists the production numbers for the 2003 Corvette as follows:
Total production: 35,469
RPO code 1SC (50th Anniversary Package) 11,632 (33%) coupes & Convertables.
The package includes RPO codes 1SA and 1SB, plus 50th Anniversary Red Metallic Paint, Shale Two Tone Leather Trim, 50th Anniversary Paint/Trim Package, 50th Anniversary Aluminum Wheels, and Magnetic Selective Ride Control.
The whole package is just too sweet. I Love mine!
so what your trying to say trigger is what i just said, yes they are not standard, but yes i had mine put on by the dealer, so that means they were availble on these cars sparky! it will be ok, thats the FACTS!! AINT THAT SPECIAL!!!....LOL
There's a guy in the autotrader ZIP 92008 (CA) that's selling a one owner 2003 Z06 11K miles "50th anniversary edition"
619-823-0781
See, even some original owners don't know WTF they got
And w/KBB you can instantly add $3,900 in value if you click 50th Anniv to your Z06.
Though I have read some stories on the Forum about the "ghost," the fact remains that there were NO Anniversary Edition Z06's produced in 2003. This is not to say that someone couldn't make one if they chose to, or that GM did not make a prototype just for the heck of it. I don't know and don't claim to.
But my point is just this, there is no record of AE's with magnesium wheels nor Z06 platform.

What I AM saying is your Anniversary edition was not delivered with RPO N73 mag wheels. The option was not available for 1SC cars. Your AE hit the ground with painted aluminum speedlines, the same as all the rest. Your mag wheels were dealer installed after delivery to the dealer. This makes them dealer installed parts, not a factory ordered option.
You challenged more than one person here about your AE 'being delivered' (which means factory delivered) with the RPO N73 mags, which you now admit is not true. If a coupe owner buys a Vette with only the painted top and asks the dealer to also get him a clear top for his new car even before he picks the car up, it doesn't mean the car was (factory) delivered with both tops.
Symantics, but valid car talk - otherwise it is misleading. I have no ambitions to ever be a NCRS judge, but information from this forum is taken by many as fact. Bad information is very hard to quelch.
Enjoy - I personally like the mag wheel design and think it looks good on your AE. FWIW
Did the Anniversary Edition Package include 3.15 gears for the A4s?
2.73 Standard with the A4, 3.15 was optional. Mechanically, the AE's are the same as all 03's (except of course the Z).
What made the 50th AE different from other 03's was paint, fender badges, emroidery and shale interior. Before this, all C5's had a black dash. GM missed an opportunity to make something very special, instead of the usual paint and sticthing 'special edition'. They did throw one hell of a good party for the 50th.
My wheels are marred at the lip from tire repairs. I have seen the GM wheel paint code WA837K listed by several sources. Has anyone used this and how did it apply and look?

You tagged onto a three year old thread, but I have used the paint you mentioned and it matched very well. I painted the wheel weights that came on the outside of the wheel with it and they became less obvious. I bought a touch up pen with that code from Walmart for around $7. It's very close.
