Access panel Passenger side

There is an access panel under the carpet on the passenger side of my c5. Any idea what those modules are?

Are you talking about where all the other fuses are? If so it's the fuse panel

There is the Fuse Box with relays there as well as your BCM (Body Control Module, computer) there is also your STAR communication buses and there is the famous Gm additional Accessory Harness tucked away at the top - the colors are Black=Ground, Yellow=Switched 12V, Orange=12V Hot @ all times. (This little puppy is located at the top left corner of the panel.

It is tucked away neatly with some factory tape around it, it is a 3 wire harness/plug clip and the colors just stub out of the clip to add accesories.
