Ok guys looks like I may need a new module.
I cleaned the ground connector that was a bit dirty. The module connectors were very clean and looked like new. I did notice the module had some play and the 10mm nut on the bottom had a rubber washer worn out. I replaced the old washer with a metal washer and it held the module in place, no more play. Took it for ride and light were off for a bit and then they came back on. Guessing the vibration/shaking must've made the module go bad.
The module is on the front near the alternator.
