You either need the 01+ air tube for the passenger side or use block off plates and have the Air system tuned out. I actually bent my passenger side tube and made it work, but it was tough and I don't suggest trying it.
The dipstick can easily be bent to fit. You will have to be creative when mounting it.

similar with mine, but I used a set made for a '98 on my '02, a few minor tweaks and bends and everything fits ok....
