Happy holiday everyone. Could I please ask some one to post or send me some good pictures of a C5 engine bay with a SLP Blackwing installed ? I'm on the fense about this mod, and I'd love to see what it lokks like visually ? My Car has a Corsa 'Pace Car' exhaust system on it and it runs & sounds great. I'm looking at having a 'Tune' and I'm wondering if the addition of a blackwing is worth the $250.00 investment. I'm 60 and i don't race of get wild behind the wheel, I just want a 'Crisp' throttle response and better output or acceleration or ?
Hi There,
Spend your money on the b/wing & the cleaning kit.I bought mine in like new condition from c/f member Shirl.(C5 parts for sale section)
If you just did a cat back change don't waste your money on a tune. The pcm will automatically make the adjustment in a 100 miles.

The Blackwing is a very nice air intake - have had one on my last two C5s and really like it. You might see if you can find a used on here on the forum and save a few bucks.

Where did you get the spacer behind the air bridge and is the air bridge stock ? If not where can I get this setup ?
I just Googled for those images so I’m sure others can chime in on the virtues of the Blackwing (I like the Halltech IMHO). As for the “smooth coupler”, they can be found at many supporting vendors...
