Default Totally fed up with incompetancy!

I know mistakes are made, and its great when a vendor steps up to offer a credit or a replacement, but how come there is NO QUALITY CONTROL before orders go out?

Totally ridiculous, we've all been there, just 1 time, can't someone from a mfgr CHECK to make sure everything is right?

Case example...
I ordered "custom mats"..
They emailed me to verify.
The CALLED me to VERBALLY verify everything was correct..
Color, stiching, wording...

This is what I ordered:
Copied directly off their site:

And this is what I received...(look at the P in RWHP)

I'm sure the vendor will take care of this, but I just can't get over with 2 different confirmations + my written online order that they:
#1 got it wrong, and #2 didn't check it & sent it out!

Doesn't appear to be centered, either.

Those tiny fingers on the Chinese children do some fine work. Unfortunately, their English and layout skills leave a lot to be desired.

Default Money & mats

I just bought a set of Lloyd mats for my 2003 50th anniversary coupe. They make regular fabric mats which are great, but I wanted the more expensive $197.00 'Velourtex' but I found the very same mats on the auction site and I thought "Well their most likely fakes but they seem OK". This was about ten days ago, and I recieved two emails from them saying they were still on order and finally a email Monday last week saying the they would be shipping out on Friday.

So Fedex stops by and I get them today. And sure enought their genuine Lloyd mats and I only paid 1/2 of the advertised price. Yeah I'm happy ! They are beautiful !

This is a easy fix- but on Judge Joe Brown I saw a guy how was suing a tattoo guy because his HUGE tattoo across his belly was misspelled. It said DETOIT and was supposed to be DETROIT, I still laugh at just thinking about it. LMAO
