Good luck and if ya want to spend a lil more for an ultra nice car, PM me lol!!!

I'm not under the gun to sell but I know it gets tough for people to get banks to loan for cars over 7 yrs old so before the car is impossible for anyone to buy that doesn't have the cash laying around, I am thinking about moving it.... We'll see...

I think you are expecting way too much.

If I'm not paying 24,000 for this one I'm sure not going to pay (nor do I think most would) pay 27,750 for your car. Of course I have a 64 convertible, so am looking for a coupe.

Yeah, you guys are up in the Z06 price. I just got an 02 EB Z06 w/ 17k miles, 1 owner at a stealership for $25900. And that price is a little on the high side too.

as Corvette owners we shouldn't be selling our cars cheap like even a 97 for under 20k if people want vettes they will buy them and pay the price. My buddy has a 300ZXTT it blue books for 4k he just sold it for 10k with 150,000 on it with mild mods try finding a decent one under that price. Blue book don't mean anything if we hold out for high prices we will get it because there will always be somone with enough money and desire..

I would keep watching and researching. Get out and look at some C5's....test drive one of each body type.....FRC (99 & 00), coupe, vert and Z06....then make your decision. Also...I think you can do much better than that silver coupe (no offense silver peeps)...but look at all the colors avail....electron blue, nassau blue, SW Z06's.....Arctic White in '99 and 00 FRC....etc...do something a little different that "moves" you. Also....why not go back a few years and get the same C5 for alot less $$ than the price of an '04? Why an '04? To me....I will step back a few years...save $$ on purchase price...find a smokin deal...and then $$$ left over for mods! Also....winter, holidays and tax time are coming...so there will be some smokin deals out there now and coming up...so do your homework and wait for the right vette for you.

You seem to ignore the other side of the tape. There will also always be someone with a car that also needs money, and desires the money more than the car...its called opportunity cost. If you can get the hundreds of thousands of C5 owners to hold out for higher prices, congrats

To the person looking at the car the only thing that concerns me why is there 4 owners in 6 years?
