Default would you trade?

I have a 03 vert auto with 46k.It is loaded and in great shape.
I was offered a 1964 Impala SS vert 327/300 4 speed 24 k.It is a nine out of 10.
It is a no money trade.
My decision was ????????????

The Impala is priced at $34995, I paid $21000 for the vette. The Impala was about $2900 new and the vette $50,000?.It was the car that I always wanted as my dad had a 63 SS 283 slushbox coupe.
I looked at my Aniversary vert and shook my head NO!

Well here is my angle:

I am sure you love the Vette, but you can get another one of those pretty easy. On the other hand, the SS is quite rare, and if it is in that good of shape, I might pull the trigger and keep looking for another Vette.

Let us know what you do.....and good luck....Got any pics of the SS ?

Tough call, but C5's are still going down in value, '64 Impalas going up. But if you don't want a '64 Impala I wouldn't do it. But, it's easier to find another C5. I don't know if I would have done it or not, but I'd sure be thinking...

I would do it if it is as solid as you say, You can get another Vette anywhere, But the 64 is a rare find.

If the 64 is a true numbers matching SS then I would because the 64 will continue to increase in value while the 03 will continue to decline............

I wouldn't go for it. But that's just me, do what you think is best for your situation. By the way what's the color combination?

Love the 64 - a bit more partial to the 62. 63 not bad either

But I'm with Mr. Bill on this one. Not many true 64 SS's about in fine condition.

But easy for me to say -- I don't own a C5, yet. :o
