I forgot to update the thread, i get so mad.. during the summer the bumper was redo for paintjob, what happen.... a heavy shelf falls over it..
I fixed the main damages but then my motivation went down, i decided not to give up and fix the damages.. but right now i dont rush anything, its cold here in sweden and the winter arrives.
Next week i start with the (wide body) rear fenders, my new plan is to make fenders and bumper in one piece, i dont like the original seam between them.

Wow, that's a tall order to make the entire rear one piece. You might be better off just filling the seam in once it is on the car. In any case, I've always wanted to try and build my own flares on a spare set of fenders. I changed my mind after qwickz06 put his into production for a great price. Would really like to see how you would take on the task of this new project! Keep us posted.

No filling here.. i want a mold for one solid piece!
But im making them separatly, after that i put it all to one mold.
(after redoing the rear bumper i feel better doing this, no fun making the old one the same again..)
Jay_Rich: Thx, Mod with glassfiber is really fun and give a good result. my previus car went on the wrong side of the curbs and the only parts that was intact was the homemade glassfiber products. It gets really strong!
