I just realized that I misread this the first time, I thought you said top up windows down, not top down windows up. Here in Florida we make fun of people for doing that all the time, usually they are tourists here in the winter riding with the top down when it's not really top down weather, I know a lot of people say "to each his own" but to me, I think it's GAY

I carry a pellet gun in the car for people like that, It drives me nutz to see people do that, It is usually a stuck up snobby chick driving a beemer that doesn't want to get her hair messed up, and talking on the phone. Also there are woman in my Vette club that make their husbands put the windows up, my wife tried that on me once, I gave her a helmet and a winter coat!

The ONLY time I have the windows up with the top down is in the rare occasion that:
I'm talking on my cell phone above 50mph
My wife is driving me crazy with her hair
It's windy as hell and my ear drums are about to explode
Other than that, the window is down like it's supposed to be with a vert.

Same here, I think it is absolutely absurd to drive a convertible with the top down and the windows up...sorry.
