Man I got bison burgers. Mays burgers, hot dogs, short ribs. A lot of ground beef I need to get rid of and 2 pinapples. Would have been a good Bbq. Not that we still can't do it lol.

Mahalo, but it wasn't a good day to be out.

Let me invite all off you on the Forum that live on OAHU to attend the next meeting of the Corvette Club of Hawaii.

We meet the first Tuesday of every month at Verbanos Rest. in Pearlridge; 7pm (I suggest you get there around 6 - 6:30 if you are hungry.) Vebanos is next door to Dennys. We have about 130 members with about 70 vettes. Aside of the general meeting we do about 1 or 2 other events a month.

That's perfect, it'll be my Friday and it's the perfect way to wait out traffic!

Not that we can't do a BBQ as well, like a beach cookout at Waimanalo Beach Park or similar would be awesome.

Ii would like if someone would look at my car before I start work. I don't want to go buy stuff and it turn out I have after market parts already. I think it is stock and I am thinking about forced induction but I need to meet someone on island to teach me. I am trying to start but I find it hard when I know little about cars. Like it looks like people like borla singers but what is a borla with no stinger? What size heads should I put on my car? What size headers? If I get long headers do I need a different exhaust? I have so many questions but no one to direct them to. The car club sounds like it would help. Anyone on Hawaii want to take me up and help me out. Looking for apprenticeship of someone who knows what they are doing in Hawaii.

Our "General Meeting" is at 7 in the evening. We get to Verbano's early (6/6:30) to have dinner. We also get together for dinner on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at a different location. Check us out at:
www.corvetteclubofhawaii.com we have a newsletter and a calender of events.

If you need a competent "Vette" mechanic you need to check out Paul and his guys at Auto Pro in Kakaako on Ilaniwai St. (Though he is so booked up he rarely takes on new customers.) Another good LS mechanis is BM Auto on Republican St. in the Sand Island area.

The Club holds several tech secessions a year on various corvette related issues. Quite a few talented members.

Not at all, just show up.

Our "dinner" (not General Meeting) is tomorrow night at 7 pm at Macarone Grill, Ala Moana S. C. I may be there depending on how my GF is doing (she had back surgery recently).
