Well, you have a hydraulic problem. You are going to have to have an inspection of the parts to be able to know where the failure is.

Sounds as though the slave cylinder took a dump.
Is there a remote clutch bleeder added to your system, for easy
clutch M/C, line/ slave bleeding?
If so, it could have a faulty connection @ the slave.(crush washer, loose connection.)

You have to take tranny off.

You have to take out more than the tranny.
You are going to have to pull the torque tube, tranny & rear differential.
That is after you pull your exhaust from the collectors back & the tunnel plate.
Might as well be prepared for new slave, throw out bearing, remote clutch bleeder,& pilot bearing.
Would be a great time to repair any leaking seals, gaskets & o rings in the differential & tranny, maybe add a new clutch, pressure plate & fly wheel,
rear tranny brace, & adjustable clutch M/C or stock M/C
Lets not forget about replacing the fluids in the tranny, differential &
clutch resevoire.
There.. That should keep you busy, broke & tired
