Having said that, an 03-04 with the mag-ride suspension is probably the culmination of the C5 line in terms of technology. Since you've already got a HP monster, the only real need in making the 03-04 mag-ride an outstanding DD would be a double din nav unit.(contact Dennis at doubledmods.com)

Good luck with the hunt!
In my opinion at 400-600 a shock to replace I would have to pass on this option.

I grant you the replacement costs are expensive, but the mag-ride was the culmination of C5 technology. For a responsibly driven DD, I venture to say that you would not have to pay that cost more then once.

On a related note, I wonder what the longevity is on the 03-04 mag-ride shocks? As long as they don't develop leaks and the electronics hold up, I would think they might last a long time.

From 98 to C6. Thats like standing in front the Dallas cheerleaders and wondering which one is the best.
Pick any of them. Their more woman/car than you can handle in a day and they all LOVE to ride.

I used to DD my coupe when I worked. It was a great DD. There is nothing like getting off at 6 am after a 12 hr shift with a 15 min drive ahead of you in a C5.

99 is the best BTW
I agree, "99" is best! i wonder why I think that?
