So I ended up going to Discount Tire today. I got the 2 new rear sensors for the back for a total of $204.00. That included tax, installation, re-learning the senors. Not to bad of a deal for brand new sensors. Anyway they charge $25 a pop to install and program each sensor if you buy them from somewhere else and bring them in.

That is what is great about the auto shop on base. 10 bucks to install each sensor and rebalance wheel. I was talking to them about the install and they knew all about how to do the install and even told me the torque value for the 00 TPMS off the top of his head.
