I could not agree more! I've got to get the camera out & take some new pix. On the previous page you'll see I was waiting for mine to be delivered in July of '11. It got here, and I've put a bit over 1,200 miles on it since last July, nearly double the mileage it arrived with, and I just don't drive it much, no particular reason. I think I uploaded some pix right after it got here to my bio page. (click on my name) I've done quite a bit of dress-up to the interior, not much on the outside but some polished bits, name on trunk, taillight bezels, license plate holders, etc. I got the new SLP PowerFlo exhaust & complete VaraRam system installed, a performance tune from a Diablo Trinity, along with a 3.42:1 rear end, and now I need stickier tires. Starting to shop for those and rims, will keep ALL the original parts & wheels/tires stored in case someone wants them back on the car after I'm done with it. But uh, that won't be anytime soon, either.
WOW. I am glad this thread was brought back to life. No better time of year than now for a convertible too. I know we are biased, but the C5 Corvette has to be one of the most beautiful and classy sports cars of all time. Thanks for all the pics in the thread.
