Default Cup Holder

I see old threads on search

Whats the latest & greatest - I see them for 9 bucks to 70 bucks!

Dual cup or single cup?

I did see a H cup thread on search but the mods closed that thread down

Thanks - tom

the most effective (without being in the way of the shifter, etc) in my opinion is the buddy cup (single or dual). it is provided by one of the forum sponsor vendors. if i remember correctly it was about 25.00. the nice thing about it is that it doesn't require any type of installation. it is designed to "wedge" under the center console trim and rest on the floor against the tunnel. it is easily removed if you want and doesn't take up very much "hip" room in the passenger compartment.

I got one a couple months ago from Corvette Central. It is a dual cup holder with a pocket for a cell phone as well. Very easy installation. Remove ashtray and slide this unit in the empty hole where ashtray was. It was $48.00 with shipping. I am very happy with it. It covers the existing cup holder.

i use the dual travel buddy and like the way its: tool free, doesn't interfere with shifter or radio, and wife says it doesn't mess with her leg room at all. plus it allows me to use the factory cup holder for the cell phone.

I did alot of research on here. Hands down the Dual travel buddy is great. Does not interfer with anything and it looks stock.

Actually, the original " Cup Holder " is not a cup holder. It's a paper clip, loose change, or mints holder. As a actual cup holder, it's worthless.

My wife and I just completed a 1,500 mile road trip with my new, single travel buddy. Rave reviews and no problems. $35 and does not require any mods to the interior.

Got mine 2 years ago. At the time it seemed like a must have. Now it seems like I never use it.

Don't understand the use of the smilie. She was an excellent vendor for a cupholder. Not sure if she is still selling the cupholders - I'm guessing not.

Anyway, the Travel Buddy is a good alternative - and I think you can get them from the NCM too.

I have the dual travel buddy and I love it. Michelle complains its on her side but she complains about everything so I dont pay attention. Her other options are to be the cup holder or not ride in the car. Its not in her way or anything she just is not happy unless she complaining. you will be pleased with your choice.

I have been married to my bride for 47 years - I believe this holder will be right where she normally parks her purse - But I'm not afraid of her - hard to get the woman out of a woman

I am not afraid of mine either. I just ignore her. She knows that and keeps going anyway. As you said you can't take the woman out of the woman. And why would you want to. If they were like us that would really suck.

I had to look up Ravensdale - That was a new one on me - We had a home in Spokane for 30 years & we have a daughter that lives in Bothell - I normally get up that way once a year on a road trip - Don't know about this year but will come up to the LaMay Museum when it gets fired up in Tacoma next spring - Sounds like they are putting major dollars into the complex - Worlds largest car collection - drag strip - oval - Just a few miles from your front door
