This weekend I won first place in the Super Chevy Show at Bandimere Speedway in Morrison, Colorado in the C4, C5, and C6 Class (84 and newer). Obviously the judges had no problem with my Wagon Wheels.
By the way, this car is for sale in the C5 Cars For Sale Forum - 9,400 miles ($19,500).
Your chromies are definitely not plain old factory painted Wagons...they look outstanding in fact, as does your vette...congrats on your win too...very nice!
OP, I literally sold my wagon wheels within 24 hours of posting them in the for sale section. I asked $225 and took $200. They were 9.5/10 condition though. Post in the C4 section...a lot of those guys like running them. A c4 guy is who bought mine...he was very happy with them actually. LS1 camaro guys like to run them as well.
Wagon wheels used to be popular with the Impala guys over on the Impala SS forums. Problem is they wanted 18's all around and of course they had to run adapters for bolt circle and spacing issues. At one time two 18's would bring more on that site than a complete set does here.
In the end all I did was take a good photo of them and list it on CraigsList for a bargain price...sold them four days later! I'm satisfied with regaining some garage space and enough money to buy a nice car cover for my Vette too....

My '99 Torch Red coupe has chrome wagon wheels. They don't look half bad, compared to the silver painted ones...but I'm replacing them with '08 C6 Z06 chrome rims in the Spring of '12. Can't wait for the "new" look. And BTW, I took 2nd place three weeks ago in a Corvette car show in the C5 modified class...so like Mattba stated, someone must still like them...
