Looks good, I could live with those!

Another option is C6 5 spoke in chrome in C5 offset and size. They can be had for around 650-700 to your door. I had them on my car for 3 years and no issues with the chrome.

Go with polished thin spokes. With the money you save, dress up the brakes. Thin spokes show the brakes off better than any other wheel. They are also the lightest. Oh, the barrels of the C5 thin spokes are polished as well. C6 thin spoke barrels are a dull grey color. IMHO

Mr. Bill, your photographic skills are incredible! I especially like the shot with the log cabin! What type of camera/software are you using?

I have stock sized reproduction C6 wheels. My only regret - not going with larger/wider sizes. Have had the wheels for a couple years now. No issues with the chrome at all.

I have a set of DD thin spokes from OE Wheels of Sarasota Fla. They are stock Z06 sizes. Look a little like a poor man's set of CCW's. Around 800 bucks, the finish looks great. They are heavier than stock but I'm well satisfied.

When I bought my chrome c5 wheels shown in pictures above I looked into this option also.
The price is close to the same as repo wheels plus for me it was 260.oo shipping and a 700.00 core charge refunded when they receive your old wheels.
With the repo wheels you cut the shipping charges at least for me to 87.00 and you still have your old wheels to fall back on or sell if you like. Also you have to exchange a painted wheel only with no blemishes or curb scrapes to get your full refund. I went with the repo's and so far love them.

I suggest you go ahead and spend the money on a real boat anchor.

Chrome wheels just bounce along the bottom and don't dig in properly. Hence the boat just moves along with the current.

These are from OE wheels, one size up on diameter and stock offset, but they have them in all sizes, and $640. delivered to your door, and they have the correct engraved corvette center cap, good luck!

What size tires? BTW - I was looking to see what a 50th Anniversay looked like with the C6Z06 wheels. I like the look. Want to do the same wheel on mine.

Andy. How is the fitment of a 245 tire on a 9.5 in wheel? If you scraped a curb would you be hitting the wheel?
