Default Heads or Not
Purchased a TSP T.3 Camshaft, would it make more fiscal sense to buy a set of assembled heads vs the parts needed to install the cam. What are your thoughts. Thanks in Advance.

short answer is No.
Assuming by fiscal u mean financial.
You will need to purchase the appropriate springs and push rods for any cam/heads application.
