Sparco Torino's which are exceptional in fit and feel. They also have tough durable inserts that are better than the area on the drivers bolster that wears out too easily on the old stock leather seat.
I've had too many Vettes that the leather sucks on the seats, and have never regretted the move to Sparco.

I just got some samples from Corbeau of their cloth and microsuede fabrics....I am no expert but I think leather is the only sensible way to go for durability...it's an expense you don't want to have to do after a couple years of service....just my opinion.

thanks for all the opinions. i thought about cloth because sometimes it gets a little sweaty with leather. i agree the leather looks good, but i do slide around a little in turns. i have heard the aftermarket seats are a big step up in performance but i still like the style of the stock seats.
I think the best seat for the vette would be a leather trim edge with microfiber center. My logic would be, the leather would allow you to slide into the seat around the bolster areas, but the center would be microfiber to hold you from sliding around on tight turns. In fact when I re-do my black leather interior, I plan to do just that with my stock seats, blk leather trim/blk microfiber vehicle fabric center. I think that would look good and performe great.
