Keep trying, I felt Anthony got back to me in a timely fashion given he was in the middle of moving the company to a different location. I'm sure he'll get to you soon enough.

hmmmm.....very curious to see what the outcome is. Very sorry for your bad luck, I certainly hope the damage doesnt extend beyond the coil over.

Im really close to shelling out the cash for a set of PFADTs as I drive my car daily and frequently take it on long road trips. I cant afford to have one of these things snap on me 8 hours from home.

Fingers crossed.... no issues.
I mentioned the issue to Anthony years ago when I installed mine in my garage. I found out that turning the shock into the lower cup would turn the top bolt at the same time. My upper shock assembly came loose and separated on me in my garage when I was trying to shorten my shock length. Surprised me for sure. I'm may have been the first one to mention this to Anthony, which cause them to redesign... I'm not sure though. The re-design stopped the upper bolt from turning when your shortening the shock length.
I later made sure mine were screwed ALL the way up into the upper housing when I completed my install.

Contact Anthony to conform, but if you got yours in the last 2 or so years you for sure have the newer version.
