How do you remove/replace the traction control button?

How do you remove/replace the traction control button?
Once the plate is removed, do you remove the entire black electronics box? If so, how? Do I press in the tabs on the sides, use a screwdriver? I don't want to break anything. Anyone do this? This one is sticking and needs to be repaired or replaced...

I Used small paper clips, use small screwdriver or pin knife to pry open by clips then insert paperclip to hold open work your way around. There are two small pucks that may be out of shape in the switch.
