I generally dislike how carshows are setup. Around here, a bone stock c5 can win if its been waxed. regardless of how nice the next one is with a few scratches and 5-10 grand in mods.

none around here are broken up like that. 
90% of them is just a corvette class. So im going against 60's vettes. Which is generally judged by older guys. therefore, no chance.

My Son and I went to a car show yesterday. We both were "bored to the bejesus belt!" My son said, It kinda sucks that the clean nice looking cars with major engine mods and tastefully done exterior mods always loose to the bling bling cars with all the overdone chrome. We call that all show- No Go!! We both decided that shows that don't involve some sort of charity are OUT and more driving and track time are In!
