LS376/480 crate engine
Has anybody installed the LS376/480 crate engine in a2001 Zo6?Is this a practical swap?Are any alterations that have to be done?

You will need the 58x reluctor wheel swap and cam gear

Or you could just use LPE's converter box. Lingenfelter TRG-002 58X-24X

Probably not too many. Most people who swap in a 6.2L block are having it built to spec, not just buying an off-the-rack lime green affair.
